The basic difference between BSP and BPO is that where in BPO services we provide piecemeal services, which form a part of a larger process, in BSP we are responsible for the complete end-to-end delivery of the entire call centre set-up including the post delivery services. Thus if you want to offshore your entire BPO Service Centre then we can do so on your behalf on a turnkey basis.

Business Service Provisioning begins with the contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs), which elaborates on the expected performance levels of various parameters important to the successful delivery of the process. Once the SLA’s are set BPO Matrix is fully responsible for the complete delivery of the centre.

The steps that follow include the following

Real-estate selection |
Real-estate negotiation and finalisation |
Acquisition of licenses including STPI,
Custom Bonding etc |
Technology and equipment purchase |
Set up the communication and infrastructure |
Setting up of technology including the hardware, software, cabling etc. |
Sourcing of required manpower |
Implementation of initial processes |
Handover on predecided milestones |

However, despite BPO Matrix being the executing body we will ensure that you as the client remain in control of the process through various checkpoints and trigger alerts. This is important because unlike a model where the service provider merely replicates the client process in a lower cost structure, in BSP we actually optimise the process to maximise its efficiency and lower costs.
